What submission means
By submitting, you confirm that you are at least 18, that your information is accurate, and that you have authority and appropriate rights to provide the material. Co-authors must approve the submission. You agree to the published research-integrity requirements.
A submission is a request for consideration. It is not an acceptance, a purchase, a publication contract or a promise of publication. The present review model is editorial screening, not external academic peer review.
Permission to handle your work
You permit Northmere Press and its hosting providers to store and process the submission for assessment, correspondence and administration. Copyright remains with the rights holder. Public publication and licensing require a separate agreement.
Do not submit unlawful material, fabricated research, malicious files or information you are not authorized to share. We may restrict abusive or automated submissions and remove harmful files.
Fees and future publication
There is no submission fee. Publication costs US$750 per accepted article, payable after acceptance and before publication. Any publication fee and the services it covers must be disclosed and accepted in writing before publication. You can withdraw unpublished work without a withdrawal charge.
No indexing status, impact metric, academic credit, professional recognition or publication timeline is promised. Authors are responsible for checking whether this publication model meets their own requirements.
Changes and contact
The terms displayed when you submit govern that submission; later publication services will be governed by the agreement you accept. Material changes affecting an existing submission require notice before a new commitment.
Use the contact form for questions, privacy requests or concerns. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
